Wayne carter order#95875A, After two months I talked to a real person I told her only one cooktop worked and I was missing a set of cookware. The companty did replace the cooktop but if I wanted the cookware that they offerd as a free gift I would have to pay $67.00 and change for S&H on top of the $139.85 S&H I paid when I ordered the buy one get one free scam. These people are cons.
