I contacted them on the 8th of October. I had a little lap top that was very slow. This was a pop up ad and said they were a partner with Microsoft. I did the download of the software to see why my laptop was slow. According to the download I was infected and had 400 plus problems. I did the same program with another big lap top. Same issue. Lots of problems. You can't fix it with the "free" down load. You are directed to a telephone number for a technician. They are East Indian. Some you can understand and some are difficult. I was told for 59.94 I could down load and fix my problems. To make a long story short. I was talked into different upgrades for a license for at first one year for three lap tops. Then upgraded for two years for three lap tops. 24/7 help line. I had my little lap top and my big lap top fixed. They seem to work fine. I really did not like them having access to my lap tops but it seemed to fix the problems. Now fast forward to my wife's lap top. I had them work on that one. She was not happy with the results. Her lap top is slower, the faster program was not installed (I only got 2 of the 3 licenses they promised) I was supposed to get my original 54.94 (not refunded) back and my 1st upgrade of 349.99. Which I did get back. The two year program was for 3 laptops and two years service for $539.95. (only two licenses were issued) My wife's laptop defaults to the downloaded scan and says she has over 700 faults and that is after hours of them doing a "cleaning job " this made her angry and suspicious. Now my wife's lap top works worse, she can't use her photo shop which she paid for and now does not work and she is missing several picture files. They are gone. Unfortunate they were not backed up. We just got back from a trip and had not done it yet. Bottom line. I would avoid this company (scam) My wife is smarter. She would not have trusted someone off the internet to have access to her lap top. Now to try to get my money back.
