Disabeling software with slow customer support

For those who want a good sound software program don't down load this one! Magix Music maker 15. The software works ok but their customer support is slow! If you make any changes to your computer like I did you software will be disabled with no sound. I addded a hard drive and also use a external drive and not sure which one might have diabled the software.

Also there is a limit on how many times you can change or load the software (3). When the program is disabled they have a support mail system but they require 48hrs to answer, And what if the software is all you need and 5 years down the road you have bought three computers and now it does not work, What if the company is no long there. Software that is not useable!

They are paranoid about people steeling their software, If you have people who do pay don't punish them by disabeling the software because you add somthing to your computer!

I had problems with my computer and had to reinstall windows. Before this I went out and bought a new computer thinking I was done with my old one because there was just not enough hard drive space. After bringing it home and using it with windows Vista I hated it and took it back. So I went ahead and reinstalled my windows on my old computer and got it up and running. I reinstalled the program and then added the extra hard drive. Now the program does not work!

I also have a 40 gig external (USB) drive that I use to move and save files (PHOTOS). I'm not sure if this drive may have caused the problem. I have other programs that I paid a lot more for and after I finished with all these computer problems they all worked fine. Now I have to wait 48hrs to hear back from them. I sure did not need this added to my work load and a program I need now not work because of a hardware change or the fact that I have installed the program more than the three time I have aloted to me.

One other thing is that this program will really be no good if you don't take the time to DOWNLOAD the sounds that go with it! They don't come with the trial version you download first. After you pay for the program you must download the sound files that takes a lot of time.in my opinion they have made it very hard for the paying customer!

I have Corel paint show pro x2 it worked after install, Capture NX it worked after install, Proshow Producer 4 it worked after install (this is also a downloaded program) Adobe CS4 it worked after install.

All I'm saying when someone pays the all mighty buck today let them have what they pay for. Time is money and right now I have a program that I paid for and it does not function because of a company who is paranoid about people steeling it. If people are going to steel it they will no mater what! But for the people out here that do pay DON'T play games with their heads with disabeling the software they paid for, COME ON!
