One of my pcs was having a lot of problems loading and very slow. I saw ad for this company and the ad had a place that indicated it was a silver associate or partner of microsoft, or something to that effect which led me to believe it was a reputable company. I tried the free download and it showed the pc has over 10,000 problems. Then the screen invites you to purchase the full download. I purchased the full down load. When it finished downloading, I got a phonenumber to call. I was directed to go to another website to allow them access to my pc. After a few minutes I was told that I had so many problems, that if I tried to use their program to clean it up that it would probably lock up my pc, and damage the hard drive. I was then told That I would be referred to his boss who was a microsoft certified tech, who would return my pc to a like new state, and maintain it for two years for only 359.00. I told him it was ripoff, hung up, and deleted the program from the pc.
