I ordered from this company a on one month trial supplies of Energey Capsules, for $10, but when I took one tablets it was too strong for me, it keep me awake for over 18 hours.
But, I learned that in contain 100mg of caffein, that's was the problem. Then I notice that that the company had charged me $70, instead of of the $10 stated on their sale later.
When I called the company about this, I was informed that the $70 was for automatic resuply of the tablet. I explained that I did not see in their letter's order coupon that I was committed for their additional service.
I informed that I could not take their enegery tablets because of the 100mg of caffein. I was told, that if wanted a refund for the additional shipping to return it and to fax them an statement from my Doctor stating the reason.
My Doctor faxed them his statement, I even refaxed them the doctor's statement two weeks later, and three weeks after that I wrote a letter —10/6/04 (with a copy of the doctor's statment) The merchandise was returned—8/30/04— to the company (marked "Refuse-return to sender-medical reason") Yet as of this day—10/14/04, I have not receive my $70 refund nor heard from this company.
