At the time that I ordered my sample I refused the management care program. However, a month later I was charged 70.00 to my account and sent some more of their products. I returned their products without ever opening the package. It was marked refused and sent back. So far no refund. So I called to check on it.
I was told that I was supposed to call within the first 30 days to cancel my membership. I didn't realize this since I refused future shipments from the beginning. However, after speaking to a supervisor he refused me a money refund but offered more supplies which of course I refused. Then he told me that if a doctor confirmed by fax that I can not take their product then they would refund my money in full. I have spoken with my doctor's office and they are going to fax the letter. At this time I am waiting to see what happens. I hope that they will stick to their word.
