I purchased 2 years of Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 from eSoftware Doctor. They sent me to a site where I downloaded the software, and they provided me with an activation key. One morning the software tells me "key blocked". I contacted Kaspersky and was told that I had been using a 30 day trial version and my trial had expired. I explained that I had purchased 2 years of protection. They informed me that I had been scammed and referred me to eSoftware Doctor. My attempts to contact eSoftware Doctor for resolution have failed. I paid $59.98 to eSoftware Doctor via PayPal on 11/5, and want a refund.
