I bought my iCanvasPrinting coupon discount from CouponMob and placed an order on 12/19 online but the coupon code was not valid so I have to call and talk to someone to place my order on 12/20. I spoke to Luke and promised me to place the order right away. On 1/25, after 5 weeks of waiting I still haven't received my order. I sent an email but no reply for 48 hours so I called them. I spoke to Luke and told me that the image was pixelated and didn't notify me. If I didn't call them, I didn't even found out that my order was on hold. I told Luke that the image I sent was big file and should not be pixelated. He re-send the my order for re-printing using same file they have on file.

I emailed them again on February 1 to find out the status of my order since they dont know how to notify their customers if there is a problem with the canvas even thou they have specified order of sending me email or call me if there is any issues with the canvas. Luke told me the canvas print came out good and their sending it thru Fedex. Today, 2/13,13 days after they sent my order I haven't received my Canvas so I called icanvaprinting again to get the status of my order. I was informed that they sent to wrong address ins Sta. Barbara California and I live in Washington. Its been close to 2 MONTHS since i initially placed my order and still haven't received it yet. This ordering process with Icanvasprinting was a very bad experience and bad customer Service. This will be my last time doing business with this company!
