DirecTV doesn't care about customers

After approximately four years as a customer I've finally decided to stop giving my money to a company that treats its customers like second-class citizens.

Over the years I have experienced dismal customer service in nearly every way imaginable. Service calls have been missed. Channels have been dropped for up to three months at a time. My wife has even been ridiculed, mocked, and harassed by customer service agents!

I've experienced sub-par customer service before, but never anything like this. The only thing that has kept me from switching providers has been the astronomical cancellation fee included in the service contract, but it's worth a couple-hundred dollars to me to stop this abuse.

I'm leaving DirecTV, and telling anyone who will listen to stay away from this terrible company!
