I have been a DIRECTV customer for 19 years. I recently moved and took advantage of upgrading to HD and 3 free months of premium channels. I recieved a very complicated bill for what I felt was an incorrect amount. After spending an hour and a half talking to 3 different people, I thought it was resolved. The next evening I found they had removed the free premium channels. I called the next morning and asked to speak with a supervisor. She was rude, but finally someone explained that you have to pay for the "free" channels, then get a credit after the 3 months. I asked to discontinue service and was told" I will stop your service now, but you agreed to a 24 month extention you you upgraded." I guess I am stuck with crappy customer service for 2 years!
