Today Ocotber 15 2012 at 1:25 pm I called the customer service line to talk about a problem regarding the protection plan that I added to my recently bought phone.
I talked to Sandra employee number 60453 (this number was given to me by the David Meadows the supervisor, so I assume is the correct one) who not only raised her voice at me, kept me waiting for more than 30 minutes, but what was most outrageous was when she threatened me to cancel my husband's protection plan (something I wasn't even calling about) just because I had called asking for MY protection plan refund. Two different phones, two different credit cards, but she said that if I was able to ask for my money back I should face the consequences. Why she wanted to cancel my husbands plan? He didint buy the phone at best buy, however they didnt have a problem withdrawing the money from his account and as we just recently found out it is perfectly ok to buy that plan anyways.
I really feel offended my the treatment I received today, not only was I attacked but also thanks to that lady I lost an hour and a half of my time because she didn't want to let me talk to her supervisor who by the way was very nice and solved my problems and questions within minutes.
I am a hard working COLOMBIAN woman and I wonder if the treatment I received today was because of my ethnicity because if that is the case even further measurements I am going to take about this matter.
Please let me know what you are planning to do about this and where I can mailed a letter complaining about this.
I am not going to allow my voice to go unnoticed on this. You are a company praising yourselves of your great customer service and until today I didnt have any complaints but I was offended and mistreated by your customer representative and this is not going to go unnoticed
