Understaffed Repair Service

Dear Home Services,

My recent experience with your services tells me that you are very seriously understaffed to provide prompt and reliable repairs. Early his week my refrigerator began to leak water internally. I waited two days before a serviceman could appear. Fortunately, I was able to make arrangements to preserve my food. He was scheduled between 0800-1200 hours so I planned my day accordingly. About 1000 hours I was called by a service rep and without any discussion was simply told my hours had been changed to 1200-1800 hours. I had to adjust all other afternoon schedules in my day.indeed, my entire day was disrupted by such arbitrary changes.
About an hour after the serviceman completed his work to stop the leak, the refrigerator began leaking again. I called you%u2019re My Home number to have him return to re-examine his work after he was finished with his other scheduled customers. I was assured he would return to our home later that afternoon to check is work. He never returned.
The next morning I called to make a new schedule for the repairs. I was told that the first available service was one week later! I was shocked at such a delay. Your servicemen must be very busy repairing many unreliable products or you are seriously understaffed. You might consider hiring and training more servicemen to aid our national economy. Whenever I replace my current refrigerator, I will be looking for a different service provider.
