Applied for a loan mod.By hiring a law firm out of jupiter or juniper florida called thomas c matevia law firm they assured me they could get my mortage payment down to 6 to7 hundred dollars i made payments of 650 600 and 700 hundred dollar payments total around 2000 dollars total they told me not to make any payments to the bank and i couldn't anyway after paying there fees, they told me they would get that money forgiven and the rest would be put back at the end of the loan in late december they sent me a statement saying they could no longer represent me, with no explanation, they had there phones shut off, after that the bank notified me to tell me i had a week to come up with almost 12000 dollars or they were going to foreclose, i had to file bankruptcy, during my bankruptcy process i saw a tv add on a law firm that said they could help me so i hired this law firm, they told me businesses are screened to make sure they were a legitimite company other wise they could not advertise on television, they assured me they could help me, they told me same thing the other company did and assured me my payment to around 600 to 650 so i made payments to them around 1000 dollars after the repayment of 14000 dollars was established to repay three credit cards and 11000 dollars to the bank which they agreed to in the bankruptcy which my chapter 13 deed of trustee set up for repayment, then this law firm legal home solutions said they could help me after submitting up dates every month for about 5 months i decided they werent helping me eigther i was finally assigned a negotiator from the bank of america now we are almost at the fall of 2011 i can no longer get a hold of the law firm and come to find out the negotiator all she did was submit paper work she had nothing to do with the negitiator al she is is a glorifed paper pusher, her name is yvonne stagg washington she told me i could apply for a modification thru the bank and it would not cost me anything so now were in 2012 i have submitted all my paper work again and thought i was done in april i just heard from her september 2nd and she told me she had sent out paper work requesting something from the tax preparation it was late in april and i was able to get the lady that did my taxes and show her the paper work the bank was requesting shegave me all the paper work required and i faxed it out, i told her if there were any problems to get ahold of me i never heard from her four 4 months and when she finally called me she told me she had been sick. When ever i could not get a hold of her thats what she always told me she told me the bank would not except the paper work i sent her i work in private health care its not a business its just a job i was offered by a gentleman who was looking for someone to take care of his mom she the lady from the banlk is suppose to call me tomorrow and help me with what i need to fill out part of it is what H N R block filled out for me what was required i am so close to having a nervious breakdown its not even funny PLEASE help me i have a real hard time doing any paper work cuz i am at the end of my rope one positive thing i recorded all my conversations clear back when i was having trouble getting ahond of the law firm legal home solutions hope to here from you soon best regards mike bowles (Personal Info Removed) heres my phone#
