I received for the second time in two yrs a bill for almost 700.00 and my reg bill is not more than 400.00 for a 3 month period. The reps at customer service are so rude and do not care. They just keep telling i used the water and to hire a plumber for leaks. How to u go from 364.00 fill mar-apr to a 672.00 bill. This happened to me in 2010. I paid bill and after that had a normal bill. Here we go again. I will get call for action involved atty general office whoever i need to get this resolved. I never had this problem until the installed these new meters that suck. My old meter was fine why fix something when it aint broke now problems to save a few dollars and put people out of work. Very upset...
