First Consumers National Bank charged me a late fee and an overlimit fee. I paid both plus my $15.00 monthly charge and they charged me BOTH fees again, every month, for the next 2 years! I was never able to get ahead. I only had a $300.00 limit which now has a balance of $756.00 because of the charges that I just stopped paying. I was only paying $20.00 a month.
My question now is, now that I have seen so many complaints of overcharging, who took over the company and should I only pay the $300.00 I actually own them. I refuse to pay those fees. It amounts to $456.00 just in fees. They also have no human person to talk to on their customer service number, so I can't even call them for an answer.
