Processing Center ripoff - charged late fees to put account overlimit so never could catch up

Ripoff

I was paying my bill on time. I was paying the minimum payment of $30.00. I kept getting service charges putting my account overlimit. The company was charging overlimit fees increasing the account balance. The company would then charge a late fee. Every month I was getting charged $70 in overlimit and late fees. I had not used this card in over a year and my balance is still over the limit of $350.00. I want a full refund of all of my payments and I demand a printout of my full account from day one. I was getting harasses over the telephone a couple of times a day, on Saturdays and Sundays.

WHAT A RIPOFF, Back in the day Speigel had a good name. I would be ashamed to be associated with the Speigel name now knowing what I know about this rip off company. Shame on You!
