I don't think companies like this should eve exist. They take the money up front and when it comes to deliveries they cant even find the customer's information, whats the point of invoice numbers.
I recently made a purchase for a sofa and two chairs witch they were suppose to deliver after two days. When i called in to confirm a date for the delivery the manger says he cant find my details, i was put on hold for sometime and in the end he takes my number down and i'm til waiting for him to get back to me. The order was placed on the 30th of September.
