I recently purchased your Canadian made Raja series sofa and chair. I ordered them Nov. 4 and they were delivered the week before Christmas 2012. After about 2 weeks I noticed that the cushion seats and the cushion backs were sinking and that the material was fading and bunching. I came to the store and showed customer service and they were shocked at how awful the sofa looked. I was told a technician would call me in the next few days. After not hearing anything for over 2 weeks I called the customer care line and was told he would be there in a few days. He did come and agreed that the sofa needed extra foam but neglected to say that on his report. When I again called the customer care centre I was told that it was normal wear and tare. How can a sofa that is only 2 months old used by only 2 adults a few hours at night be considered normal. I am so frustrated I do not know what to do! Everytime I call.
