Canceled appt

I called on friday night because my internet was not working. After doing troubleshooting the issue was still not resolved. The earliest appt was not until Tuesday. A pretty long wait but ok. My appt time was 8am to 10am. On Tuesday morning at 7;46 i recieved a phone call, i didn't make it to the phone in time. A message was left saying since i didn't answer the tech would be moving on and will not come to the house. I called RIGHT back.By this time it was 8. Spoke to a woman she told me there was nothing she could do i am now on an all day time frame since i didn't answer my phone. I spoke with a least 4 different supervisors. No one ever showed up at my house. Me not making it to my phone intime should not cancel my appt. I would understand if they showed up at my house and i was not home. If i didn't answer the tech should have at least still came to the house. I shouldn't have to be completely inconvenienced because i didn't make it to the phone in time. I already had to wait days just to get someone out to the house. To be told oh well i didn't answer the phone is a serious lack of customer service.
