I placed an order for the the complete rockford series promised 3 to 6 weeks, last weeek (6 weeks) iemailed their customer support and got this reply, Hello,
I just spoke with our customs broker. They have cleared your
Package and its now with your local carrier. It should be there within a week.
We were billed almost $18 for taxes and duties and you will not
Be charged anything when its delivered.

No dvd's received so sent email last night and got a reply exactly the same as previous one, obviously a pack of lies, living in hope.
