Ordered DVD set of The Three Stooges from Australia on the 31/7 for $80.00 USA plus international fees on credit card. Was advised the following:
Your order has been processed and shipped. Orders take 3-6 weeks to get there. The completed status on our website means its been shipped. It will come with the postal system and is fully insured. The service is reliable but there is no tracking. THEN ADVISED THE FOLLOWING: I just spoke with our customs broker. They have cleared your package and its now with your local carrier. It should be there within a week. After 8 weeks still haven't received the dvd's. LAST EMAIL WAS ADVISED: I'm sorry for the delays. I will let our supplier know. We will have another set mailed. It will be mailed express this time. Now have had no response from emails following this reply.
