They just don’t deliver the Goods, On their web site states 3 to 4 week Delivery, time was up so I e-mailed Now 3 to 6 weeks delivery, 7 weeks was up emailed again' reply was I just spoke with our customs broker. They have cleared your package and its now with your local carrier. It should be there within a week. We were billed almost $18 for taxes and duties and you will not be charged anything when its delivered. Emailed 4 times to get a Carriers name and con note number and NO Reply.
