Had a computer promble spent 2 hours on phone doing all i was told computer did not fix spent another 79.00 to best buy to find the mother board was fried which i understand does happen but answers by did not help me and i paid for technical support not recived
and they refuse to refund keep sending me to this site for the refund now my atty gen is gioing to get on the case as i believe those techs do not know whta to do for any computer
