They did not fix my computer and they would not issue a refund. I am glad I chose a $99.99 package and not the more expensive packages. They outsource the calls to India. I specifically ask the sales rep what would happen if my computer is not fixed, he assured me that it would be fix because my computer would be taken over remotely.
