I'm not sure this is a scam. At the end of January my computer was hacked. I am not that computer literate so I went to Yahoo instead of Att. I was automatically put in touch with Technical Solutions On in India. I spent over an hour answering their questions and they kept moving around in my computer. At some point I was turned over to a supervisor who informed me that it would cost $99.99 to get the computer corrected. They also tried to talk me into a monthly fee to service the computer. What for I do not understand.
In addition there is no way to file a complaint with Yahoo except for writing a letter to London.
Don't want another elderly person to fall for this.
