Purchased from Shop NBC, went through 3 motherboards in 1 year, called BBB, warranty was to be extended at no charge. Computer crashed and called for support, was told the could not even speak to me on the phone because no extended warranty. Was hung up on, when I called back I was told a higher tech. Would call me back. No call ever came.
When dealing with the BBB, Anthony O'Brien (dispute resolution mgr) was to call me back, no call came. I spent 3 days per week, 3 hours each time on the phone with different techs (I could not understand) with no results. This went on for 5 months. This has been the computer from hell!!!
When you call the support line they say do to the popularity of the V2 Premier Computer all lines are busy, It's because of the piece of crap they call a computer is always crashing! Half the software that was sent with the computer, I was told not to install because it wasn't for my computer. Then why send it? The worst company in the world to deal with!!!
