We took the Toshiba to mr. Steinhauser on the third week of july and didnt recieve it till August 13th. He told us it would be 60 dollars and 3 days to fix the computer. It took him over 3 weeks. I finally called him and he finally answered. He said just come and get the damn thing. I drove to his house and he notified me that the mother board was fried. The motherboard was fine when i took it to him. He was supposed to fix the pigtail that charges the computer. He fried the mother board and blamed it on me. He said i dropped it, which never happened. He lied and he is a terrible person. He engauged me personally when i finally went to pick it up. I took the computer to Lap tops and more in Florence, Ky the following Monday and he confirmed that somebody that was inexpierenced had done alot of saudering and fried the Motherboard. Im out 40 more dollars for them to look at it. This man should not have a sign up at his place because heis a fraud. I called him for three weeks and he had a excuse everytime i called to get my computer. Im now out 800 Dollars for my laptop that he fried and had to spend 500 hundred more to buy a new one. He really got me good.
