First thing is the 1st rep. Promised me an exact phone like the one I have that is not working. The warranty expired in Aug. 2012. The phone charge port stopped working in Sept. 2012. I called just for information and the rep stated I could get a replacement phone, the exact same phone. Based on the fact that I am a valued customer and boostmobile appreciates me. That sounded too good to be true and it was. I waited for 7 days and I got a phone alright. It was a lg102, ancient phone. My phone is a blackberry 9670 with so many functions, and what I was paying for. They continue to charge me blackberry prices, they charge more for the blackberry. I have the shrinkage package. It went down 10 dollars since Aug. 2011. Mind you I have been without a phone two weeks. I talked to another rep.By the way their customer service sucks. Expect to spend so much time on the phone to get nowhere. I occasionally luck up and get a rep if I press the right button. No paying customer should have to go thru that. The next rep promised me that I would get a 30% discount on another phone as long as it is not new and I would stay or come back to their service. I did ask them to cancel my service. Two days later I came back. I had to call sprint to get thru to them to reinstate me. After considering my position. All these companies monopolize the phones. I can't afford a brand new phone. I am on a serious budget. So I decided to consider the rep's offer. At least 30% is better than being without a phone and paying for a brand new one. He also said the offer was good if I decided to come back. I came back in two days. I spoke to a new rep. Who said he sees nothing on my record to indicate such a promise. There is no integrity in this company. They all lie, and don't keep their word, and they get away with it. Please help me. I need a phone. I want them to keep their word. Thanks.
