Nothing but problems with my sprint service. I am losing business income and have had to purchase another phone and service for that phone to carry perform my business. I have many dropped calls, calls not calling out, people cant hear me on the other end, poor reception, can only hear every other word the person is saying. Have called many, many times and they tell me its because they are updating their towers. The reception has been bad since I got the service and the rest of the problems have been since March. I am paying 173.82 a month for a phone I can not use. I have 3 phones on my plan and have a Blackberry 9670 phone. The other 2 phones cant call or receive phone calls from their home. All I want at this point is reimbursement for the other phone and service I had to purchase, credit for service since March and I want Sprint to terminate my contrac that ends in 2013 and put me on a month to month plan without paying termination fees.
