Bad Customer Service

Received the worse customer service at your Verizon store located at 1221-A N. State St in San Jacinto, Ca by Mr. Brian Voytex. When in with a problem I was having with my Blackberry Storm 9530. He didn't even try to fix it he stated I needed a new phone. He stated he was going to give me the upgrade of the Blackberry Storm. Only to find out a few days later that it was the SAME phone that I allready had. I purchase the phone from him for $135.00 & after 2 days it was giving me the same problem I was having with the first one. Today I visit the same store & received the SAME BAD customer service. They came out with the same line that they can give me the new upgrade on the Storm. I DON'T want the new upgrade on the storm. I left there very bad & stated to them that they had the WORST customer service I had ever had. Because of their lies I am not due for another upgrade until 2012. I now own 2 BAD Blackberry Storms 9035. Thanks... A very angry customer.
