I purchased the free trial and as soon as I did I knew something was't right. So I looked on the search engines and saw all the complaints. I then phoned the company straight away to cancel the order but after after 20 mins no one answered. I went back onto the slim tone website and cancelled the order. However after 3 days I had no confirmation about the cancellation. I then rang again and after another 20 mins finally spoke to some one. I got an RMA number and the returns address. I will be sending it all back recorded delivery. To be on the safe side I have also cancelled my credit card - though inconvenient - at least I won't be charged £75.
Though it has been annoying and inconvenient as long as you do everything by the book then you should be ok.
Yes they are crocks and should be stopped. The more people that complain the better.
