Reading the article on line & clicked on the "free trial" option which says $4.95 S & H. After 5 mins, realized that I didn't want even the free trial so I called customer service right away, that same day, after 5mins. Spoke with a male rep & he was convincing me to try the product even just for a week but I said I don't want it. Even told him that I don't want to be charged $4.95. So he cancelled it & gave me a cancellation number. Yesterday, Aug. 2nd, I received the product which I thought was already cancelled. I called customer service & was told that the moment I made a purchase the order was transmitted right at that moment & delivery of the product will not be cancelled. I told him that I called back 5 mins after I made the purchase to cancel it & the guy at the other line didn't tell me about this. I was so mad because THIS IS A CLEAR DEFINITION OF A SCAM. They forced that the product be delivered right away. I am charged the S & H for now & don't know if they will charge my card the price of the said product. I am not so crazy about getting back my $4.95 but just want to report this company that's making money by fooling people. I am wishing that this company will be sued or closed for their wrong-doing!!! So frustrated.
