Like many other people, I too ordered on the 6th August, and received the goods on Tues the
8th, slimtoneplus and cleasing tablets, and
patches that I didn't order, there was nothing to say you would be charged for these.
I tried the tablets for the 14 days trail, and they made no difference, so decided to cancel. I spent an hour on the phone without success, then tried their website, which is when I came across all the complaints. I went straight to my bank before going to work, which was inconvenient. Two lots of £2.49 had been taken out on the 8th Aug, which was acceptable, but nothing else, so I think that I got to the bank before they did. I have had to cancel my card and re-order a new one, but think myself very lucky. My bank told me you should never give the long number on your card to anyone, but if you want to buy anything on the internet that's what you have to do! After sending an e-mail, I had the usual reply as everyone else within 10 mins, but have heard nothing since. I'm now in the situation of having 50% of the product left with nowhere to send it as yet, don't think I've heard the last of this, I don't want the debt collectors at the door, so I advise everyone to stay away from this company
