I called to apple helpdesk because my iMac was disconnecting from internet and somehow ended up talking with mytech.com. They offered to resolve the problem at a ONE TIME SINGLE CHARGE of $59,95, which I agreed to pay. I payed with my credit card and since then the have been charging me every month $9,95.in september they charged me twice $9,95! It took me a while to discover this because I moved and wasn't receiving the credit card statement. When I called today they said that when I called in may I hired a monthly service, which is a LIE, I never agreed on paying $9,99 every month! Truly FRAUD. When I asked to speak to the supervisor they hang up on me twice. Hope no one else is cheated by this people.
