I noticed this on my credit card statement and realized that I have been charged $9.99 a month for this since last July. I tried calling all of their different numbers and never got an answer. I called my credit card company and they were able to get in contact with someone who told me that when I signed up fo DIRECTV two years ago, I agreed to a free membership to mytechhelp. (Which I am positive I did not.) Upon cancelling DIRECTV last summer, they began charging me for the mytechhelp subscription. Total scam. How was I supposed to cancel something that I didn't know I had?
