I called the company, believing i was calling the actual Apple Customer Service and Repair. The employee presented themselves as an Apple employee, and i even asked if this was the correct legitimate Apple customer support and service, which they agreed to. I then agreed to the service agreement, and when i saw on my receipt in my e-mail that they weren't actually apple, i immediately called back, to which they put me on hold for 25 minutes to tell me that i would have to call back for their billing department tomorrow and that i could only get 99.99 back of my 199.99... I am not paying for a service fee for a service i immediately called about paying for and didn't want. I am submitting a dispute through my credit card company.
