I originally tried to contact Apple tech services on 11/13 for a problem I was having with Apple software I had downloaded. I was, unknowingly to me, transferred to TEC*PROSERVICE, who told me that a 2-year service would cost me $99.99. I Agreed to the charge, but the service (s) provided did not fix the problem. I was still charged the $99.99.in December another charge for $99.99 appeared on my credit card from PRO*TEC. I called them & was told that I had agreed to 3 monthly charges of $99.99, which I had not agreed to. The representative said it would take 10 days for them to determine the validity of my claim. A subsequent phone call 0n 12/26 was transferred to MyTechHelp billing, where I was told that the original telephone call was still being researched, but not yet resolved vis-a-vis a resolution of cancellation or refund. I asked for a copy of the cancellation/refund policy to send to my credit card company to cancel the charges, but MyTechBilling was unresponsive. I request a refund for $99.99 for December charges and cancellation of the contract, and no additional charges.
