I bought a wheelchair through Ebay from the company above (item No: 170845918570) and within a month, on second time use, it broke under me and I fell in middle. Luckily I had my carer with me and she helped by dragging the wheelchair back to my car. The chair was obviously faulty. I reported it to the seller and they made me return it back at the cost of £10.18. They have refunded me the price I paid for the item but refused to refund me the cost of sending it back.
