I won a bid on a new 10.2 flytouch super pad and when i received it the screen was broken now they said i will have to pay for the shpping cost to return it back wich is $ 137 dollars because the seller is in china and i will get back my refund only after the seller gets his broken item back. I think this is not fair because i paid for a new item and im receiving a non working item i hope you can help me out on this i feel impotent, thanks.
