Actually, I purchased a 4G touchscreen GPS navigator in Dec from smartmall2011 on ebay. I recieved the item in Jan and it wasn't working properly. So I contacted the seller on ebay and let them know I was sending it back at this time for them to fix which they agreed to do or replace the item. However since I was moving from the address I had received the item at I emailed my mom's address to the seller to ship the item to my mom's address. However the seller did recieve the item and claimed they were able to fix the item and sent it back out for return back to me. Well the post office kept claiming the item was "undeliverable" to my mom's address and I use to get things delivered there all the time and it never was a problem... So the item was returned to China... Smartmall2011 and the last I contacted them they claim they haven't gotten the item yet. Months ago I asked for a refund and they claim as soon as they get the item they can refund my money however claim they seen the item enroute back to them. I've been patient too long and want my money back!
