I was solicited by this Company who assured me they could get me a loan modification. Upon their bad advice, I withheld my mortgage payments. Despite the exhaustive information and multiple papers faxed and Fed-exed to them, it appeared my mortgage company never received anything! Now my credit is hammered, and I am out nearly $5,000.00!! The names I have are: Robert Esparza, Mckenzie Phillips, and Devon Clarke. Can't something be done against these vile predators?
