I was "working with" this Loan Modification Company, was given nothing but bad advice (to withhold mortgage payments for "better leverage", but all the exhaustive information and papers I had faxed and Fed-exed to them were never received by my mortgage holder! So, my credit score was hammered, nothing was done, and I am out nearly $5,000.00 which I can ill afford! Why can't something be done about these vile predators?
