I had done business with this company and enjoyed their products. I placed an order on April 18 and have never received my order even though they took my money from my visa account on 4/19/10. After repeated calls they always said it was on backorder. Eventually they stopped answering the phone and never responded to my emails.
I am again getting (Sept) email notices that they are still in business but I am still unable to make phone contact. Why are they still allowed to be in business!!!
