On October 22 placed an order for several items with Century Photo. My credit card was charged for the full amount despite the fact that I only received 1 out of the 6 items ordered.
Called on 12/2/10 and was told items were backordered. Items still on backorder when I called on 1/28. Requested that my order be cancelled and a refund issued.
Have called numerous times - still have not received a credit to my charge account. I keep being told that I need to speak with Taylor Clark, who apparently never answers his phone. Did receive an e-mail from him back on March 15th where he stated that the delay was due to the accounting department being moved from California to Florida and that the credit would be issued in 7-14 business days.
To date, have not received anything. He's not responding to my calls or e-mails.
