Ordered products on 4/14/08. On 4/23/08 I received email product on backorder. 4/26/08 I received another email product on backorder, 5/14/08 - email still on backorder. 5/14/08 I emailed advising I wanted a refund. I called numerous times prior with no response to the messages I left and nothing but a recording. No actual person to talk to.
5/20/08 I emailed again wanting a refund. 5/23/08 - email product still on backorder. 6/3/08 I received an email product on backorder. The emails being sent of course are a generic email for which you can not reply to. I filed a complaint with the BBB then I receive an email from Josh Jablonski (Your products are on backorder at the moment, we should be receiving them shortly. You can choose to wait or cancel the order. Sorry for the inconvenience.) I responded that I want to cancel.
Josh then advises (This order has been canceled and a refund will be issued in 10-14 business days. You will receive an email with the details of the refund transaction once it is placed. Thank you.) Still have not received a refund nor will he or anyone response to my emails. The BBB states there is really nothing they can do since Cellular Blowout is not a member of the BBB. They did infact advise me to contact the States Attorney General's Office and/or the Federal Trade Commission.
