My order of April was on backorder so I finally cancelled on December 3. Called in January and February when no credit on my credit card. Called again April 5 and was told someone would call me back in 48 hours. No call received. (No calls ever received when I selected the call back option in the voice prompt.) April 13 calls to customer service line were disconnected when I reached the next call to be answered so I selected the prompt for orders. Gabby advised credit card adjustmemts were not going through and checks are being cut to go out by April 30. I advised if check not received by early May, I'll contact the California Attorney General as difficulty in reaching customer service and the same stall tactic on both backorder and credit card adjustment does not appear aboveboard. They have had my money for one year and they were still advertising the product that they were unable to deliver when I requested the refund in December.
