I made a bad mistake 2 years ago because i was having PC problems. I signed up for them to fix PC problems. It cost me around $300.00 AU and they basicaly told me what i already knew about my problems. They did remote access to my PC and fixed nothing. Since then i have been hassled on the phone by themmany times asking me to sign up again. They are what i would call rude and won't take no for an answer. I have been quite blunt in telling them to not call me again and to remove me from thier clients list as i wish no further communication from them. I would compare their attitude to a"Hungry Dog". They just won't leave me alone to the point where they get abusive to me. Can you help me with this "ONLINE PC CARE" Ploblem?
