I was having trouble with my yahoo email account in Dec. 2012 and contacted yahoo and they put me in touch with PC Care Experts. They told me my account had been hacked into and they needed to have access of my computer to fix it. Stupidly I agreed to do this. They said it would be $439.95 to fix the problem and they would take care of any other problems I had in the next two years also. Supposedly they fixed the problem but my computer ran very slow after this. I again contacted them because of this and they again took access of my computer and supposedly fixed the problem. However, my computer was still running very slowly. I called them again and said I wanted a refund of my money because I was not happy with their work and the problem had not been fixed. They wanted to have access of my computer again and I said no and that I wanted a refund of my money. They said they could not refund the money because too much time had gone by. I still think I should get a refund as I still have one and one half years left on the so called contract with them. I feel like I was scammed by them and my problem was not fixed. I am feely very stupid and frustrated. I would not recommend them to anyone. I am very upset about all of this.
