My yahoo email account was hacked and I immediately tried to contact yahoo. When I couldn't access a contact number I googled 'yahoo contact phone' and it directed me to call these guys. They claimed they were affiliated with microsoft and asked me to download software so they could remotely access my computer and remove the malicious software from 'hackers.' They did some things I didn't understand but also some that I did, including running a free malware program and deleting some files in my 'temp' folders. They then charged me 299.95 for the service and offered some guarantee for a year. The man's name was Pritam Kumar. And Daniel was the Yahoo contact.
