I am a computer tech, and filing this for one of my clients, he called me up saying he just paid someone from this company $199.95 he thought he was calling Yahoo for a simple problem with his email the person he got he thinking it was yahoo he allowed them to remote in to his computer the guy that he was talking to proceeded to make up a bunch of bogus lies about how his computer had all these problems,
long story short the guy got him to pay 199.95 then he installed another program the guys requested and allowed even more access to his computer he then hung up and called me, I told him what they had told him was bogus. I told him he had been scammed, he then called his credit card company and what not. I went to the guys how and uninstalled the problem that was on there then found the company they had processed his credit card with and had him call them he then was told they would refund his money the company that processed it is similar to paypal so if you guys and their phone number is in the receipt from pccare experts..
